Complete Incident Lifecycle

One-Tap Code Activation

Trigger any emergency code from Apple Watch (3-second PANIC countdown with haptics), iPhone (code grid + voice dictation), or iPad station.

Real-Time Station Alerts

Full-screen alert overlay on the charge nurse iPad with code type, room, triggering staff, and optional voice note. Audio alarm fires instantly.

Staff Dispatch & Tracking

Dispatch available staff by role. Track response status in real time: accepted → en route → arrived. Know exactly who is responding.

Automated Escalation

Configurable per code. If no acknowledgment in 60s → charge nurse. 120s → supervisor. 180s → admin. Chains are fully customizable.

SMS Fallback (in development)

A phone/verification and privacy-level framework (minimal/medium/full, rate-limited 5/staff/hour) is in place; automatic SMS delivery is being finalized and is not yet active in production.

Incident Timeline & Audit

Every trigger, acknowledgment, dispatch, escalation, message, and resolution logged with staff identity and timestamp. Immutable. Auditable.

Direct & Group Messaging

HIPAA-compliant real-time messaging between any staff members. Incident threads + direct conversations. Unread tracking across devices.

Post-Incident Review

Structured PIR workflow: draft → submitted → approved. Charge nurse feedback with ratings, tags, and improvement suggestions. Closes the quality loop.
